We have added a new way for you to share your experience with every shipment you receive from us. Our picking slips include a QR code that links to a quick and simple survey. It takes only a moment to complete, and your input will help us understand how each order arrives at your door. 

This survey focuses on the condition of the shipment, the accuracy of the items inside, and the overall delivery experience. We know that even small issues can slow you down. Items that shift during transit, packaging that needs improvement, or delays that cause extra work are all things we want to catch quickly. Your feedback helps us see exactly where we are meeting expectations and where adjustments would make a noticeable difference.
